Android smartphone,  is the operating system used in smartphones and tablet PCs. Functions the same as in the Nokia Symbian operating system, iOS on Apple and BlackBerry OS. Android is not tied to one brand of Mobile course, some well-known vendors who have been using Android such as Samsung, Sony Ericsson, HTC, Nexus, Motorola, and others.

Android smartphone was first developed by a company called Android Inc., And in 2005 was acquired by Internet giant Google. Android is made on the basis of a modified Linux kernel, and for each of its release given the code name based on the name of the dish.

The main advantage Android smartphone is a free and open source, which makes Android smartphones sold cheaper than the Blackberry or iPhone, although the features (hardware) which offered a better Android.

Gingerbread (2.3)

Honeycomb (3.0, 3.1 and 3.2)
